The Wise County & City of Norton Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 11, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at Mountain View Regional Medical Center to celebrate the opening of their 8,000 sq. ft. expansion. Light refreshments will be served.
